Change

See
Look around you to notice the changes that abound. In MN our world transforms visibly in autumn. Many times the change is subtle but there, nonetheless. Changes in our personal lives or worldwide can be abrupt, painful, and dark. I find solace in the fact that change is inevitable while trying to influence the change I want to see in the world. Clinging to the way things are (or were) is pointless.
This poem by English poet MS Moem says it so well:
Irresistible
There’s been an undeniable truth
Since before we even existed;
Nothing ever stays the same.
Change cannot be resisted.
